POST EVENT FILE SERVICES

Files will be lightly edited and spellchecked only. It may take 3 business days to receive the file. If you need a resynched, 100% verbatim post-production file, please add that to the additional notes and we will be in contact with an estimate and how to send us the video.

Important: If a caption file is requested by the person needing captions, the file must be sent directly to that person to avoid a possible breach of attorney-client privilege. Please confirm in advance whether a post-event file will be needed and ensure the Post-Production Contact Information provided above matches the person authorized to receive the file. Caption files may take 3 business days for processing. If an expedited turnaround is needed, please include the requested deadline in the Additional Notes section. Text files are lightly edited and spell-checked only. This is NOT a certified court transcript.
